City Kitchen: The City Kitchen is located along the east wall of Reading Terminal Market, between the Rick Nichols Room and the book stall and across from Brauhaus Schmitz and The Head Nut. How to enter Reading Terminal: The market closes at 6pm, but our class doesn't start until 6:30. To enter RTM after 6pm, please use the door on 12th St. just north of Filbert, which will be unlocked. Look for signage to direct you to the proper door. Once inside, head left and then turn right about halfway down the aisle, then move towards the back wall. When you see the Rick Nichols Room, head just to the left and you'll see City Kitchen. Check out the map here - it's marked "Demonstration Kitchen."

Parking: Unfortunately, Reading Terminal's 2 hours for $4 deal does NOT extend to after hours, as that deal requires you to spend $10 at the market for parking validation. However, Center City offers free meter parking on Wednesday nights. Check their website for specifics: http://www.philapark.org/2012/03/free-meter-parking-on-wednedays/

Traveling by SEPTA: We are close to the 13th St. trolley station and the 11th St. station/Market East (or Jefferson Station, as it's now called), and several buses stop close to Reading Terminal.
